Unopened kits

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery if your kit is unopened. The customer pays the return postage for a change-of-mind return.

Opened kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Opening only the outer shipping mailer does not disqualify an otherwise unopened kit.

Email easton@eastre-holding.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Contact us before mailing a kit so we can provide return instructions.

Something wrong with your order?

Please contact us if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing, or if your order has not arrived. The unopened-kit and change-of-mind postage conditions do not limit help for these order problems or any rights you have under applicable law.
